• Orders are typically sent to production within 24 hours of purchase. Production takes 2–7 business days depending on the product and print provider. ---

• United States • Standard: 2–5 business days • Economy: 4–8 business days International • Standard: 10–30 business days (International availability varies by destination.) ---

TRACKING

• You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch. ---

DELAYS

• Because products are made on demand, we cannot expedite production. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions. We'll always communicate known delays. ---

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or color preferences. However, if there's a defect or misprint, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no charge.---
